Newly-elected officials orientation 

GoodGovernment will partner with municipal staff to develop and implement an awareness of city charter provisions and key ordinances, a background of operations, and an understanding of processes, rules, procedures, and typical practices.

Staff development and training

GoodGovernment will access the strengths and talents of department heads or individual city employees, then create a measurable plan to enhance productivity as well as train in supervisory techniques, values, and ethics. GoodGovernment will focus on right practices and customer service training.

Manage public involvement process

In tandem with staff and city council, GoodGovernment will develop and implement a plan for engaging residents during capital projects, strategic planning, or other projects requiring a high level of public involvement.
